Unhappy New Motor Break in Advice

Just had a new motor installed on my 94FD. I currently have the following mods( PFS intercooler, Cool air box,PFS stainless steel exhaust).I will be picking the car up next week and I was wondering if any other owners had any advice on how to break the new motor in. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here is the general rule of thumb...
1) First 500 miles, don't rev past 4000rpm and dont boost
2) At 500 miles, replace engine oil
3) Between 500-1000, keep your rpms fluctuating across the band to about 5000rpm or so, but still don't boost.
4) At 1000miles, replace oil and have LOTS of fun

During those first 1000miles, don't forget to NEVER maintain the same engine RPM for too long. Keep it fluctuating. Go on a long trip and drive between 55-80mph constantly
