New to 12A Turbo - Need helps
Hi guys,
I’m Karand from Bangkok.
I am super new to 12A turbo SA22c and really need help.
Am experiencing a knocking, engine sudden stop when rev to 5,000 rpm.
I check fuel pressure, injectors, spark plug, coil and any air leak possible I can see.
But still the engine showing the same thing.
I really don’t know where to start the checking and to look for.
If anyone experienced the same thing, please help guide me thru how to check and fix this.

I'm not sure I know much that could help you, I have a 12a Rx7 Carburated. You have an awesome car, the 12a turbo ,Post some more pics. I am not an expert but the knock sensor (s) if there are any, could be pulling timing, and even shutting down to protect the engine. Try to get some FSM's or a shop manual for the 12a turbo (if one exists?) It well help immensely with the little things wiring ,vacuum hose routing, and all that fun stuff. If not many people are responding here at General Tech Support try bumping the thread over to 1st Gen Specific,there are a lot of really helpful members on here (most of them smarter than me) We'll see if we can't find you somebody that knows about turbos. I only dream of turbos at the moment.
