Need Quick Answer on Fuel injector

Yesterday while driving with my newly installed 1600cc injectors in the secondary position, one stuck open and flooded my car.... horribly, to the point where it was filling up the intake runners. Well, I took the injectors off, and tested the one which was leaking. I was able to blow through the injector without much resistance. I then took the compressor and blew the opposite way of normal operation and it sealed itself(I was no longer able to pass air through the normal passage of fuel). Is it likely that something was just lodged inside the injector keeping it open and it flew out when blowing air in the opposite direction, or is this another problem? The injectors were rebuilt 1600cc Bosch F5TE-B5A.

injectors

I have seen them become tacky and stick like that usualy when they are in use and get hot. I would recomend getting them rebuilt through an injector service shop they will clean replace and flow meter them and they will be like new.
Sometimes you can use some good quality injector clean in the fuel but I don't see it helping alot of the time. As it's just not the same as having the pros clean and flow them.

re injectors

I would send the injector back sence it was just a fresh rebuild probably something went wrong on assembly and caused it to stick. it may never stick again but sence it did stick and its new i would send it back while its free to do so that way it dosent cost you money later on. I would probably say if it stuck open once it will do it again. there is also a filter screen in the top so any trash should get caught and there should be no issue there. most of the time trash in the line or fuel will just stop the flow or slow the flow rate down.
