Need help boosting problem and fuel in my engine oil!

This morning I went to check my engine oil level and it was low so I put in 1/2 quart in it but I smell alot of fuel on my dipstick, is this normal. I took it for a test drive for some reason when looking at my boost guage I only have 5psi of boost. Give me some insight of what can be wrong. I hope my engine is not blown cause earlier I have starting problem cause it was in storage for 2 1/2 months I'm thinking maybe a battery drainage and nothing to severe and my engine cranks right up with smooth idling.

Firstly all higher mileage rotaries specially turbo ones have a problem with fuel dilution in oil. The only thing you can do is keep an eye on the dipstick and change your oil every 1000-1500 miles if you don't want to rebuild your block. It will last a long time yet, don't worry.
