HEY everyone i have 1988 2g gxl

i recently saw smoke coming from the speedometer area so i pulled my dash apart thinking something mite be minor well guess was one of the wires fused to another red wire

the wire that melted is a white wire with a green stripe hooked up to the back window defrost, headlight switch, and the switch to keep them up even when the lights are off

anyone else had this problem please let me know wat was wrong or if anyone knows what is wrong please try to help im 17 no money to get other people to help need wiring diagram please

it also gives out 3 beeps then stops and then repeats when the car is turned on
