need help

hey guys i'm new to the site i just joined today. i have a 1983 rx-7 and i need help because something is wrong wit my carburreatur float and i dont know what it is.

need advice and help

it's inside of the carb. if you don't know anything about carbs i wouldn't recommend you mess with it yourself. these carbs are a pain in the *** even for people that know what they're doing, besides it might be hard to find carb parts it.

i know what the float is i just dont know whats wrong with the float (its letting to much gas in )

lol... im sorry for laughing... i think i am having the exact same problem with my 83. the problem is- your float is stuck open. im sorry i cant be of any more help in telling you how to fix that.... i never been able to get mine fixed either. i will let you know when i get around to it... or hopefuly you'll let me know.

what is your's actually doing?. just flooding out, or something wierd.

mine dumped gas out the exhaust bewteen the cat and header.
