im thinking about buying one but the fuel pump is fucked what kinda of noise dose the car make if it gose
and when i started it there was alot of noise coming from the engine
and it was blowing black smoke can someone help me>?

From my experience, you can hear a sort of high pitch whining noise (like an electric motor), when a fuel pump is faulty. Also watch out for stumbles in the engine on idle or when driving.

But be aware that when a rotary engine is starved of fuel... Bang! Engine not last long.

could the black smoke be from sitting for a few moneys not running?
