Is it possible to install a rotor housing from a second generation onto a third generation motor?

This may sound stupid as well, but can u install the FD intakes, water pump, etc.. onto a FC small block?

This all sounds stupid because I'm new to rotary.

 

yup, you can. just need to block(weld) the water passage on the S5 rotor housing.
