Metarizer from Japan

I've seen this stuff advertized on japanese rotary websites? Supposed to help sealing and create a smoother metal surfaces. Any one ever use it.... anyone from japan??

Lots of advertised crap in Japan.
I think going Zaino would be a better deal, and they are based in the U.S.!
