Master bolt and nut kit or master list?

So I'm in the middle of putting my car back together from a hodge podge of parts sourced from all over and I'm realising that I'm missing a ton of bolts and nuts. Is there a kit or list somewhere that contains every nut and bolt that's needed to bolt all of the parts in the engine bay?
The FSM doesnt' seem to call out the sizes in it. I've checked all over for sizes for individual parts, and can't find anything. I've checked ebay, and it seems like the only one's I've seen are either dress up kits or master kits in Australia. I saw something similar in a searching here, but it wasn't complete.
I need everything from bolts for the turbo actuator back plate, OMP to block bolts, nuts for the water pump housing, etc. Basicaly every bolt you can think of in the engine bay.
I'd rather just buy every single bolt and nut at once instead of getting one part installed and then find out I can't install the next part because I'm missing a bolt or nut, then I have to go research, order and wait.
Also would be nice if there was something somewhere that called out oddities like the water pump spacing shims, so I can oreder all of those things together too... spending 5 bucks in shipping over and over when I come across these things is adding up.
Thanks for any help in advance!

This is for a 3rd gen 94, non-sequential turbo basically stock rx7 (fuel system and ecu are the main upgrades)

i don't know of a master list, although someone might have done something

if you're looking in the parts catalog, it works like this,
our example number 90786-0825
9 = hardware item, so bolts, nuts, screws etc all of the hardware is JIS standard type, which fills in a lot of the blanks
0786 = style of bolt, there are a TON of different ones, 0786 usually has a captive washer
08 = diameter, 8mm. on an 8mm the JIS standard is 1.25 thread pitch with a 12mm hex head
and then 25 is the length, 25mm
if there is a letter it denotes the plating. blank is the default gold zinc plating. B is black, C is chrome, etc

so 9078-60-825 is an M8x1.25x25 bolt with a captive washer

Thank you for that!
I saw that nomenclature last night, and tried looking at the FSM... but I didn't think to look up a parts catalog. This will help a lot, just going to be time consuming to go through everything to make a list.
