just bought a 93vr-r1 with 74k on it, new to rotary's. i've check out all the faq's but thought i would ask..........what is compression supposed to be? engine seems to turn over verry fast, but sounds like a hint of compression comming from exhaust. the car hasn't ran for about 9 months picked it up for 2500 cash, old owner says he was just driving home and car shut off. he pulled over and restarted then was able to limp home.........any ideas? i'm going to check compression as soon as i find out what it is supposed to be. thanx for any help and by the way really love the forum..........very helpfull, for someone completely ignorant to rotaries!!!
