Just changed spark plugs. Look at the old ones (Pics)

I just changed my plugs from BUR9EQ's to B10EGV's and it cured my slight ignition breakup at high RPM. I took some pictures of the old plugs so guys could tell me what you think. Is this the sign of a lean condition? Current mods are listed below and I have no OMP, just premix.

FRONT TRAILING

if those are little craters in the top of the plug it looks like detonation to me......check your timing and pull some out

Looks lean to me, they tend to be white if their running richer.
