Idle problem need help fixing.

I just got a 93 Turbo Automatic RX7(obviously) when i got the car i was told it was not running but i had it up and running in no time new plugs did the trick, the car sat for about 4 months so im told, now i drove it slightly to push out the carbon build up and the get the tranny moving again, the problem is in gear the car runs pretty well for a car that sat around, but in park or nuetral the car idles at about 2000 and very slightly moves about maybe 200 rpms or so,im new to this car so im not sure what to look for, the last owner was told it needed an ecu,im not 100% sure yet cause the cars drives except for the rough idle, any suggestions would be a great help or things to look for.Thanx

You should be able to make adjustments to the throttle body to set the correct idle speed.

Go to www.iluvmyrx7.com to download the factory service manual for free. Go to your local auto parts store to get a Haynes manual (they probably don't stock the ones for RX-7s but they can order it).

Try cleaning your BAC. There are instructions on here somewhere about how to do that.
