idle prob on rebuild
idle prob on rebuild

havingnsome issues with idle, it feels like thiere's something sticking but when I've checked out the mechanical linkages they are all moving smoothly, it seems I can duplicate the problem by moving the 2nd throttle adjuster against the TPS sensor associated with it. it's almost as if the TPS sensor is sticking ? is this a common thing, indicative of a TPS needing replacement or something else..

Does the TPS feel like it is sticking? They should move in and out without a problem.
Does it happen the instant it hits the TPS?
I would go ahead and measure the resistance of your TPS. I have a How-To on my website.

I found one other problem that might be lending to some of this poor idle situation, my primary injectors are leaking like crazy, I'm dropping from 41 psi to 0 psi in 15-20 min.. fuel is dripping fown the engine for pete's sake! I checked the archives for a consensus fix for this but didn't come up with anything, I've ordered new O rings, isolators and grommets for the injectors with hopes that this will solve the problem. Any other suggestions beyond the fuse /switch hack that seems to be what most people do ?
Dayum dude!!! That's some LEAKAGE! I would send out, or bring to your favorite diesel shop, your injectors for a thourough cleaning. www.rceng.com is $25/inj and blueprints them for you. That's the only way to fix them. You could install a cut off switch but that, obviously, is only temporary, well not a real fix anyway
