is the iac or bac valve the same one from a turbo and a non turbo?

is the iac or bac valve the same one from a turbo and a non turbo?
to make it short i have a 88 rx7 turbo II, the car wont idle right, will the valve for a non turbo fit a turbo rx7. the reason i say that is because i cant find one that would fit my car, the only ones i found is the one for a non turbo.
