How to read plugs

Hi all, can any body tell me how the tuning condition of my engine is by the appearance of these spark plugs. It's from an 88 TII non-ported, with FCD, full exhaust and a cone intake. For the most part, it appears to have that frosted light coloration, does that mean the motor is running very hot? Thanks for the exam.

Holy crap!
Looking at rotor 1 pics at top, the motor should've been dead.
The spark plugs on the bottom are a little lean on the left plug, but the right plug looks "ok".

Trailing plugs normally look black and look like they are rich.

Reading your text, you don't sound like you're running an upgrade fuel pump or a fuel pump wire rewire???

Be careful!!!

WHITE = too lean
