$1950 is a great deal if it's all legit. I found out that Mazda's been raising the prices on the 13B parts as a result of fewer cores being returned (resulting in more new housings and rotors and the like having to be made brand new). The quote I got for a brand new (or mazda reman'd) engine (because apparently you don't have a choice) was something in the neighborhood of $4000. I can't be sure since it's been a while since mine was done. Check around, see what you can find, but as for me, it cost me around $6k for a new engine, radiator and all of the other misc stuff.
