Why would you want to? It would be a heck of alot easier (and probably cheaper as well) to just sell your corrolla and get an RX-7. And the result would be a better sports car.

I've seen the 20b done, but even that i would assume would be difficult. If you have the money to spend on it, though, i'd try and find somebody that is familiar with weird swaps like that. Otherwise i would try and stick in the 4A- engine family, since the 16v -GE and the supercharged -GZE have very good potential.
This doesn't apply to the 20v -GE, though, since it would require to be changed from a distributer to a coil pack setup in order to fit in the bay without cutting away the firewall some. If you had an MKI MR2 it would be a completely different story.

if you want a rotary, just buy the car. Looks better and will kill the hachi-roku on the turns. remember initial d is a cartoon. and you must be a master drifter to push the hachi-roku like the Drift King Tsuchiya did.
