how to adjust the tpc on my t2, have idle problem

i have a turbo2 with a straight threw exhaust. now when the car is at normal temp the idle surges for 750 down to 500. and sometimes gives me trouble starting in the morn. i think i may need to re-adjust my tpc. but i dont know how or where it is. i also believe the problem could be a vacuum leak. any help would be very much appreciated.

There was a write up on one of the FC sites, when I had mine I made the adjustment tool with the 2 LED's to get mine adjusted. I just don't remember where that write-up was, maybe fc3s.org. You could probably find it here with a search.

go to the how to section and it will tell you how to do it. if it's a vacuum leak fix that first. also the hard starting could be a leaky injector
