have no idea how to do this (crossing fingers ) I have been addvised to get a toyota hillux 4/4 L.S.D diff aparantly there nigh on unbreackable like to know if any one has done sutch a thing and if so what year is best . Also can the origonal brakes go back ? cheers!

 

You will have better luck here. If we got the Hilux in the U.S., I have no idea what it was branded as.

hilux = the old pre-80 or eaerly 80 toyota pick up trucks
hiace = toyota 80s mini-van

 

...hillux are the jap equivilant of 4Runners (my buddy just imported one). maybe see if the yankee 4Runner's LSD works.

they also come in the 4 door / tiny box style.
