here is the problem

my 93 that has 103k on it not shur if it is the original engine, that being said the engine will make good power when rolled into the throttle making around 9psi boost then the boost will fall off around 5-6k then as soon as you hit the next gear the boost will be non existant or be down around 1psi or so?? Is the blow off valve sticking, or maybe a waste gate problem or maybe even a turbo problem?? what do you guys think ???

Start checking the check valves for the turbo control system (especially the one to the pressure chamber).

There is no exact fix for turbo problems. Look at this site:

As you can see, there are MANY things that can go wrong, a lot of them with the same symtoms. You have to get dirty and start checking things. If you don't want to put in the work, I suggest you sell the car as you are in for a world of frustration.
