Help save a motor

Ok heres my problem, I put a 12a bridgeport in my series one rx7. The problem is I only have a standard carb on it at the moment (bad I know) I am running a holley blue fuel pump with a reg set to just under 3psi. It also has electronic ignition. My problem is that I just checked my brand new plugs, and theyre white as (lean I think) one plug was so bad the white porcilen in the middle has cracked.
Would this have been from the carb way underfueling it? like the jet sizes to small?
Or maybe the fuel pressure to high or low?
Maybe the air/mixture screw is set way wrong?
Or the timing could be out as I set it myself

I havent driven much on this motor at all, maybe 3hrs tops, and never took it past 5rpm (its a second hand motor, not new)

Any help or a step in the right dirrection would be great
Thanks in advance

you need to rejet the carb

it will run fine with lower power since the carb is maxed out, but you need to jet it for its max air flow
