HELP!!!!!! fc problems

hey guys i had a heater hose blow and car ran low on coolant. i replaced the hose and now i have coolant coming from the intake. so here is the question whats wrong (coolant seal?) and is it time for a rebuild

you really need to explain exactly where the coolant is coming out from. You make it sound as if theres coolant coming out of the mouth of the intake.
