Help with coolant and engine

I have a 93 FD3 with about 70k miles on it.

IT will not start! Here are the details
I started it the other day and while waiting for it to heat up the add engine coolant light came on.
The coolant temp never even got to 10% because this was while I was still warming it up (ambient air was about 40 degrees fh)
I turn the car off immediatly.

Thought that the AST cracked, if that is soo all the coolant would leak out. It did not.

I let the car sit for about a day then I check the coolant. It seems fine but I fill it any way.
I did notice what looked like some dirt or carbon on the coolant stick.
Started it. It dumped out after rotating a couple of times.
Any way now the car will not start at all.
It tries to turn over but no luck with the spark.
Coolant is not leaking, oil is fine.

What do you think?
Is my engine toast?
What else could be a problem?

Please help

Could be that you have a seal leaking and coolant is getting into the combustion chamber. Take the plugs out, remove the EGI fuse, and crank the engine over. Does coolant spray out of the plug holes?? If so, your engine is toast and will need a rebuild.

This happened to me for no apparent reason on the last RX7 I owned. Car never overheated, had plenty of coolant, never ran it too hard, and then one day my coolant buzzer came on and the next day it would not start.

Hopefully this is not the case with your 7, but it is easy to check.
