Help

Hey guys, i have a problem, im reletivly new to the whole rotory scene... i know how they work, and how they run and wut not, but when it comes to trouble-shooting im useless... question 1. if you Over fill the oil resivoir how much, if any damage can that do, i took it to my regular fluid stop and there was this new kid there. and he over filled me.. when i look at my dipstick the oil was up about half an inch above full... would this cause my no starting issues?? and if so would draining a lil off fix it? or is there someother way i need to go about fixing it... and Question 2, my car got into a small fender bender, so she has been sitting in my driveway for the last 2 to 3 weeks just waiting for icbc to come through... she ran alright right after i got hit, but when i went to start her the other day she didnt start. i did the ususal un-flooding trick, and she seemed like she was infact flooded, (alot of vaporized gas flooded out), but i couldnt get her started even after that. what kind of things can cause a rotory to no start from just sitting for a week or so? and what do you suggest i try next? i miss my car so much, i need help
