91 RX7- This just happened 2 nights ago and is during my busy work week. Owned the car 1 yr. no problems (except accidental flooding). Ive checked fuses, ok. Checked under the control panel for the roof and wiring looks in place. Im wondering if there is a manual way of releasing the roof so I may put the top back up. I'm waiting for the owners manual to be sent to me also.

 

Is the parking brake engaged? The top will not function unless it is. Do you still hear the beep sounds when you push the button for the top?

The switch is looking more like the possibility. Does not beep, or work with parking brake engaged. The switches for the fog lights, (did not come back on last night) the surround sound speakers in the headrest, (which didn't work before but have come on and sound awesome), and the side mirrors are all in the same control panel as the electric roof (next to the parking brake). Will fool around with it (the RX7) some more today. Thanks for the responses. I'll be putting up a pic soon. Im happy to be a part of this forum.
