I have a 1993 twin turbo touring Thant won't crank please I need help I just bought it

If it won't crank
1) battery
2) starter
3) fuses
If it cranks but doesn't run
1) spark
2) fuel
3) compression test
Your post is very general. You might want to let us know symptoms and history

We'll I bought the car not running and the guy I bought it from put a new starter in it and sill nothing I put a fresh battery In there and acc come on but won't crank

Try to turn the motor over by wrenching the eccentric shaft bolt. See if you can get it to turn by hand.

Yes it turns by hand you think it somthing with the clutch

You do a compression test? if low compression you can try adding oil in the housings to boost compression to see if it starts.

So the motor won't crank over at all with ignition? Or is it turning over but won't run?
