Heater Fan Does Not Blow!!!'93fd!!!

MY HEATER FAN DOES NOT BLOW AIR. COLD AIR DOES NOT BLOW EITHER. COULD THE FAN BE BURNT.

switch, fuse, relay, or fan motor. Start with the easiest/cheapest to replace, and go from there.
