I had a stage 3 on my old car and it grabbed really hard. My friend had a 11sec. 3rd gen eclipse and he said this was the only clutch that help up to the power he was putting down. He had the ACT and it didnt last as long as his spec stage 3 did.

Blacknightmare when you say ‘’grabbed’’ do you mean that it was hard to drive and was you happy with it iv ordered the stage 3 + and I rang spec and spoke to them they said that it should be the same if not more drivable then the normal spec clutch but thanks for your reply it means a lot to me.

Thanks

I bought the clutch from RX7 store it was about $500 or something like that dollars but cant remember correctly as it was some time back. As for the power I was putting dawn 405 at the hub with my first setup with the exedy and it only lasted about a year consisting of 31 runs on the dyno and 20 runs on the strip along with a lot of hard driving in the street, but know I have had the engine rebuilt with whole host of new things so I don’t know what sort of power I will have 25 psi+ will be going through the engine soon so what sort of power do we normally have at that boostJ
