Griffin Rad: Heater hose placement

Those of you with Griffin's.. How did you handle hooking in your heater hose return line? Pics don't seem to show a fitting for the heater line.

I used a coupling that is made for the purpose of connecting the two together. If you go to the parts store, have the counter person lookit up in the catalog. It requires that you cut a small hose in the radiator hose and screw the coupling through. I have run my car in 4 races since I put in the radiator, and have had no problems with leaking or anything else.

Since Griffin makes custom radiators, just order it with the fittings that you need. Hehehe, I totally forgot to order this on mine. You can always weld fittings on to the radiator later, but it's really tricky because the radiator has an internal sealer (I had a pro shop weld mine because I'm paranoid). BTW, I got a draincock mounted on the top of my radiator to act as an air bleeder.
