good rotoary mechanics

Does anybody know any good rotoary mechanics? I have been having emissions problems with an '85 GSL-SE and I took it to a general mechanic. He said he fixed the problem but ever since I got the car back it has been having reliability problems; Such as won't turn over as it should, it smokes more than normal, and it eats a lot of gas (2/3 tank in a day). I would take it to mazda, but I also want to be price consciencious. Please Help.

I'm assuming by Gwinnett, your in the ATL area. The guy you need to talk to is David Girod(BadAssRx-7). He's a wiz with 1st gens. He lives just north of AMS. Unforunately I don't have his number. Go over to the SE section and ask around. Somebody over there might be able to help.
