Gen3 Automatic conversion to 5 speed

Anyone tried to convert an automatic 1994 gen 3 to 5-speed? Big job? Does it involve more changes than just gearbox/transmission

I think there are many threads on this issue - search for "convert automatic" that should answer your q.

As for me, I would just sell it and go get a 5Speed. Has to cost less in the long run.

If you want to convert an auto to a 5-speed you will need these parts:
-manual transmission
-clutch pedal setup
-clutch linkage
-shifter linkage
-clutch master cylinder
-new center console (maybe, not sure on that one)
-mounting brackets for the clutch pedal assembly and such
well, that's all i can think of off the top of my head. You possibly could need a new ECU but I'm not sure on that. Use the search and look around, but it's a big headache if you ask me.
