G-sensor for the apexi rev/speed meter question....

I am installing the Apexi RSM w/ g sensor. i understand that the g sensor needs to be mounted compeltely flat and facing straight..

i am wondering what is the error tolerance of the installation. the reason why i am asking this is if it was once installed perfectly and over the period of time it started to slip lets say it was due to cheap double sided tape or whatever, how much off will the readings be.

if eror tolerance is low, meaning that a little tilted and the results will be way off then i need to install it in a place i can continueally monitor.

thanks for your help...
