Fuel Pump Suggestions
Hi all!
First off - Happy Holidays!
My project car is a 1971 Porsche 914 that I am putting in a custom turbo rx motor. MicroTech LT10s ECU, SS exhaust manifold, custom intake manifold, and lots of extra goodies.
Fuel pumps are the one area where i'm not sure what i need. I have been doing a lot of searching, but i have not found much info on fuel pumps for rx motors. Most pumps are rated at free flow and many people have recommended places to send your pump to after you get it to have it charted to show what it can do at pressure, but i don't want to spend $600 on a pump plus $100 for testing only to find out that i could have used a $300 fuel pump, or worse yet, vice versa.
TIA for your help!
