Fuel Pressure question(car wont start)
Ok, i will tell exactly what my car does for me when i attempt to turn it on. Ok, so i take the key and stick in the ignition turn it to the on position. I hear the fuel pump prime for about two seconds and then it cuts off. I Don"t really know if that's normal. As this is taking place, the fuel pressure gauge does not read any pressure what so ever. So i continue and turn the key to attempt to start the vehicle. Nothing. It turns over strongly but will not start. I am uncertain what the problem could be. If anyone can help i would appreciate greatly. Thanks

Its normal. You have to be outside the car when the fuel pump primes to be able to see fuel pressure on the gauge otherwise soon as its done priming it will not show a reading. Of course if you start the car it should show fuel pressure.
EDIT:
I should have probably finished reading your post before writing. If you hear the fuel pump prime but the gauge is not showing pressure that is really weird unless the the gauge is not working or your hoses are backwards. Would need some more information on what has happened since this problem started.
