Fuel Cut Defencer question need info

hi

i just got a f-con and im running stock everything what should i set the Fuel Cut Defencer at theres setings from 1-10 thanks.

What year, what engine, what modifications and what (if anything) did the manual that came with it say?

Its a 1987 turbo totaly stock except the downpipe.

with a 13b j-spec turbo engine and there was no manual that came with it thats why im asking on the boards. thanks
