front housing plugs dry rear housing plugs soaked car wont start??

the problem that i am having is the car wont start for ****, I got a s5 t2 motor in a gsl-se with a haltech e6k management. i tried to start the car with starter fluid but it wouldn't start at all. the front housing plugs were dry like they werent getting any gas and the rear housing are soaking wet. i have no clue whats wrong i changed the primary injectors but it didnt help any 1 got anwsers ????

Fuel injectors wired correctly?
Why don't you pull them out to verify they (the primary fuel injectors) are firing properly?
