hello to all

I've got a problem with my GSL-SE and was hopeing i could get some kind of idea of what it could be in this form. Well i just got an 84 SE a few months ago and it was running great fully stock. Until one day when the ignition was cracked twice well trying to start the car and the starter grinded. Since then the car will not start, the motor spins when turning the ignition and the plug wires are getting spark all fuses have been checked and all look fine. After cranking the ignition a few times i could smell fuel. i'ved just changed the oil and filter priar, also i checked my plugs cleaned and dried them and still the car will not turn over seems like its flooded. maybe someone might have any idea of what i should do to get my car running
