I just wonder if I already have a front mount intercooler, and bigger size radiator, i changed the thermo stat,but it's still hot, what else can i do, change the fan? to bigger one ?, also my front mount intercooler is not hot, only a little , is this usual?

FD's are notorious for cooling problems. Try making some shrouds to direct as much of the air that comes in the front through the rad and intercooler. You want to make sure there are no other ways for the air to get around. A more powerful fan might help as well. Did you change the temp on the thermostat?

 

for the thermostat, i changed mazdaspeed, to 70 degree then it will turn on, and any suggestion for coolling?

I tend to disagree with the notion that Rotaries are notorious for cooling problems but that's another conversation.
I'll assume you're talking about a street car here.. What you have to understand is that you've taken an IC core that's thick by X dimensions and placed it in front of your Radiator. For street driving there is simply not enough air flow through the nose to keep the Radiator as cool as before you placed the IC in front of it. You will see higher temps and changing the thermostat will not cure this. Fans, vented hoods and going to a V-mount set up helps with "heat soak" issues which is what you're actually talking about. Make all the shrouds you want it still doesn't make a difference for a street application. I'm not saying people haven't had success with this type of setup but understand this type of mod is give and take for the street.
