FD won't start, white smoke POURING out back

I was driving and my car crapped out and stalled at a light. Friend came and jumped it for me and I kept driving to get home, it was running all shitty and i have to rev it up high to keep it running, next stop light my idle is all shitty dropping to like 200rpm and brop brop (totally stock motor) and it shut off. Pushed it on the side of the road to jump it again, it just keeps turning like it has no compression and white smoke THICK white smoke like a cloud is just pouring out the back when I try to turn it over. And under the intake mani it's smoking alot too. Any ideas? Sound like blown apex seals or what? Time for a rebuild huh lol

white smoke is usually coolant burning, so if you ate those up, and its injecting coolant into the engine it might not be able to build compression

take the plugs out and see what you can find. could be antifreeze, but it's not an absolute certainty. oil and fuel are still on the table of possibilities. best to be sure. a more telltale assessment would be the smell of the smoke. investigate the passenger side of the engine bay and see if you can find what's causing the additional smoke you mentioned by the intake manifold. report back.
