FD: Washed engine & car doesn't start

First of all, I forgot to disconnect the battery before I did this. I could have sworn I had but I just missed it. I had opened the hood and locked / closed the door. I sprayed the engine with degreaser and then hosed it down. When I was hosing it down, the OEM alarm went off. I walked over and turned the driver side door lock and the alarm turned off. After that I disconnected the battery. Hosed it down some more and then let it dry in the sun. When I went to start it, the engine just cranked. I left it overnight and I tried again today to start it and nothing. I pulled a plug cable and there was no spark. I pulled the upper intake to see if the coils connectors were wet but they weren’t I put everything back together and it started to rain. As soon as the rain lets down I'm going to check the fuse box (I know I should have done this before pulling the intake). Please give me some insight as to what could have occurred.

Never mind.. The ignitor wasn't grounded. Now I have spark and a flooded engine I just pulled the spark plugs and cranked the engine a bit. I'm going to let it dry over night and I'll fire it up in the morning.
