Fd TPS dead spot concerns

Fd TPS dead spot concerns
I replaced my tps bolts with some allen head screws for easier access and that worked great. Now, my problem. I can get both the wide and narrow range within spec however on the narrow range (green wire) when the throttle is modulated by hand the voltage increases steadily (no spikes or dips) until about 75% open throttle where it reaches almost 5v (4.89 i believe). The remaining 25% of throttle has no change in voltage.
Is this a sign of a dead / failing tps?
Right now i have it set so that the wide and narrow ranges are close to .1v and .75v so i guess i could set those a little closer to the higher end of the closed throttle spec and see what that does to the uppper range of the WOT spec.
Any input would be appreciated.
Here is a vid showing the problem.
(Ignore my comment in vid about 1/2 - 1/3. Its more like 3/4)
