FD, strange sounds, odd shakes.

I've owned my FD since february last year. Over time, it has slowly developed new odd sounds. there are basically 3 I am concerned about which could be a problem.

1st off, when I let the clutch up in neutral, I lose about 100 RPM, and the idle becomes liuder and rougher. I have been told it may be the rider bearing(?). But I had my clutch replaced, and wouldn't it be normal to lube/replace it or at least tell me? it is quite loud and very noticable inside the car and out, and I can't imagine they would have really missed it. can I get a better than OEM bearing since I will probably need to replace? and can it cause dammage to my car by driving in this condition?

second, my car makes a high pitch rattle at idle, if I turn the lights on it starts, or when i step on the brake ( it seems any power demands cause it). it comes from just behind the steering wheel. strange thing is, I can feel it in the brake pedal too.

Then , I get this low pitch groaning/vibration after putting in my Apexi power intake around 3000-5000 rpm from what seems to be the engine bay on the driver's side.

and the final sound is a violent vibration I get from in the center of the dash around 65 MPH. it almost sounds similiar to snoring at a fast pace. at first I thought it came from the passnger side , but it is somewhere in the center area dash. after Mazda rebuilt my engine, I found a screw (around the same size used to hold onthe under carriage plastic peice, or the front liscnse plate frame) on the passenger side floor. any one have any ideas? this sound started after the rebuild.

the third sound you are hearing after the Apexi intake install is the sound from the air pump. that is normal. your intake is draging alot of air in to the airpump now.

About the first sound: When is the last time you changed your tranny fluid? If you can't remember, CHANGE IT NOW! You shouldn't be losing 100 rpms just by spinning the gears while disengaged. If you haven't already, put this message up in the 3rd gen forum, someone will be sure to offer better advice there.

For the 3rd sound, and the violent vibration...I honestly haven't experienced this, but you might double check that everything is mounted properly and that the mounts themselves are still in good shape. Also, the PPF being broken might cause this (I'm out on a limb here). I'd post to the 3rd gen forum and include a link here or something...lots of info to be had there.
