Define overheat?

What temperature are you seeing? Are you just seeing the stock temp gauge go to the top?

Are you radiator fans working?

DONT RUN THE CAR! OVERHEATNG LEADS TO DEATH!!!!

did you change the thermostat? might want to try that, dont think this is an issue but check for a kinked hose, or it very well could be the water pump.

im definatllllllly not driving it i took the thermostat out to run it... well what happend was my stock guage is messed up so i put a sensor in teh radiator hose and ran itto my power FC... i normally read around75-85 and u figure since its reading the radiator hose u figure its about 10 degrees hotter int he motor... i jus found out from my friend he was wielding my radiator brackets n he said he thinks he may have burned the bottom of the radiator so im hoping that is the problem so i guess i need a new radiator or used if anyone has please let me know.. thanks.

Removing the thermostat

You really shouldn't run the car without a thermostat.

When the tsat opens, it also closes off an alternate passage for the coolant.

Running without the tsat can cause overheating.

Some folks due remove the tstat for racing, but to do so, you have to plug the alternate passage to ensure the coolant goes where it should.
