FD aftermarket pully belt sizes:
Ok, I know this has been covered before in different situations and I have searched but not found, I am going to be specific so hopefully I can get some good answeres:
I have an aftermarket MAIN CRANK PULLEY from horsepowerfreaks.com and I think it is an unorthodox racing pully. (This pully is SMALLER than OEM)
I also have an aftermarket POWER STEERING PULLY from horsepowerfreaks.com and I also think it is an unorthodox racing pully. (This pully is the SAME SIZE as the OEM one)
I also have an aftermarket WATER PUMP PULLEY from E-BAY.com and I think it is a generic brand. (This pully is LARGER than OEM)
I also have an aftermarket ALTERNATOR PULLEY from E-BAY.com and I think it is generic brand. (This pully is LARGER than OEM)
My Air Conditioner pully and my Idler pulley are OEM.
Ok, now my question is what belt size do I need for my alternator/main crank/water pump belt?
And what belt size do I need for my Power Steering/Air Conditioner/Main Crank/Idler pulley?
I know the ALT/WP belt needs to be 5 rib and the PS/AC needs to be 6 rib.
I have a goodyear belt 6 rib for my PS/AC that will work but is almost maxed out for tightness on my idler pully tentioner and it had stripped on me one time then I re-tapped it and cleaned it out and don't want to strip it again.
It's part number is 4060407 40-? 60(6 rib) 407 (40.7 length OD) so what is the next size down in ANY brand?
I also have a goodyear belt for my WP/ALT that will work but it is only 4 rib and i forget if it could go a size up or down.
It's part number is 4040300 40-? 40(4 rib) 300 (30.0 length OD) so what is the next size up AND/OR down in ANY brand with 5 ribs?? ie: 4050305 or 4050297

As for the ALT/WP belt you could use the Gates K050510 if you have a Auto Trans. and Air Pump. If you have the Manual trans Gates K050530.
If you removed the Air pump then use Napa Belt 25-050280 or AC Delco belt 5K280.
Your problem is that you have an e-bay Alt pully(copied Greddy's pully) which is larger than the UR pully.
I dont know what size you need for that pully.

5PK0710 is 5 ribs and 710mm length, the K050280 is 5 ribs(3rd digit) and 28 inches long(5th and 6th digit), not sure what the last digit it for.
