FC Rich Idle Leans out on acceleration.

Hey guys I bought a modded FC about two months ago car ran fine until about this week. On cold start my AFR is at 9 when the car warms up it sits at a steady 11. When I go to accelerate the car even a tad the AFR jumps to 17.1+. The car will only do this up until 3000 rpms and will then run at about 13 anywhere passed 3000 but anything In the lower rpms is super lean. I’m fairly new to the rotary world so I don’t want to start playing with things and make the car worse. I’ve fixed the vacuum leaks and at this point I’m not sure what it could be.

Test your TPS and adjust if necessary.
