The Solenoid Resistor Pack is about a foot below the airfilter/afm and mounted on the fender. You have to remove the AFM to get at it.
BUT, seeing as how you have high impedence injectors, I question as to why not leave things as is.
If the problem were just the opposite, low in a high harness, there's a chance that you'd burn up the injector drivers in the ECU someday when you were at peak duty cycle on the injectors (foot all the way in it).
IF you do decided to take action with the Solenoid Resistor, do this: The Solenoid Resistor Pack has a harness of its own. Cut it in half. Put the resistor on the garage shelf. Take the other FIVE wires left on the car, and splice ALL FIVE TOGETHER. Done. Be sure to put heat shrink over the spliced wires.
In some far off day when you want to return the car to low impedence injectors, just splice all five wires back together.
