Exclamation external oil leak problem

i just bought a 93 FD and the car is burning oil from the exhuast side of the engine. the car is not burning oil internally becuase when i let it idle and i reved the engine i see no smoke and i smell no burnt oil. i talked to the previous owner about the problem and he siad that it has something to do with oil lines and that the original design of them were crap or soemthing. anyways he told me that most RX-7 owners swap out the stock silicon lines for steel braided lines. what i basicaly need to know is what i'm lookin at here and what needs to be taken out so i can fix this problem. thanks

Get under there and find the leak then you can better pick the proper fix. the turbo oil lines are metal. there are copper O ring s and thin metal gaskets on the return lines.
