Exhaust sleves

Can you swap exhaust sleves without taking the motor apart? My 13bre has 5k miles on it and is pulling 8.8-8.7 on all 6 faces.. I really dont want to tear it apart.. I want to swap with either fd or t2 sleves.

Nope.
There are dowel pins through the rotor housing sides that keep the sleeves in place.
When the steel housings are in place it prevents the roll pins from coming out.
