WY engine rebuild

im pretty sure i need a engine rebuild after reading some stuff my car over heats easy it skokes bad!!! and oil looks strange so i think oil and coolant mixed.
Where is a good place to go for the rebuild that will pull the motor and rebuild and put it back in for a good price probably have it ported too.
by the way lol its a 1986 rx-7 2+2 GXL oh and the closer the better im in Cheyenne, WY
I've had the car for 6 years and either want to get it fixed or sale it thanks yall

Check to see if any vendors are close to you, most will prefer you pulling the motor out and shipping or dropping it off to them. But if your car is drivable still. Then might be worth driving to your closest rotary shop and flying/bussing back home till its done and viceversa to pick it up .
